Project Spotlight: Transitions

VAI helped a family-owned B2B printing company refine processes and maximize its value. Identifying the company's strengths and modifying marketing strategies enabled the owners to obtain an attractive exit that allowed the company to function as a going concern, in an industry where many businesses are purchased for a client list and little else.

Project Spotlight: Quality Management

VAI helped a high-tech start-up obtain ISO 9001 and TS 16949 (automotive industry) certifications, with an internal team of four and only three days of external consulting. Document management software, product bar coding / registration as well as logistics risk analysis / remediation were integral parts of this mission, which enabled our client to obtain long-term contracts with several Big 5 automotive companies.

Project Spotlight: Funding

VAI assisted a start-up medical device manufacturer in obtaining second and third-round funding through preparation of robust financial projections and a comprehensive information memorandum. Identification of value drivers and accurate estimation of cash needs also improved investor confidence and enhanced management's credibility.
